How Our Network Works
Talk to a provider

Who you talk to
When you reach out, you talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local business that does bath or kitchen work. Codelq Remodeling is the link between you and them. We do not remodel homes. The provider does.
Each provider runs their own business. They set their own prices and schedules. That is why two estimates for the same room can look very different.
What happens on the call
Expect a short, friendly talk. The provider will ask about your room, your goals, and your timing. They may ask for photos or set up a visit. Then they explain how they would handle the job.
A good call feels like a conversation, not a sales pitch. You can stop at any point. There is no obligation.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to ask a provider
Keep a short list handy. Here are good starting points:
- What exactly does your estimate include? What is left out?
- How long will the work take, and what comes first?
- How will you keep dust and noise down for my family?
- Will anyone else work on my job, such as a tile setter or plumber?
- What happens if you find rot or old pipes behind a wall?
- How do changes to the plan get priced?
- When are payments due?
- Which license and insurance do you hold?
For a tub-to-shower swap or a walk-in tub, also ask how the floor, drain, and walls will be handled.
You are in control
You can talk to several providers. You can ask for the same details from each. You can sleep on it. Nobody can make you sign.
Put every estimate side by side. Compare the scope, the timeline, and the price. Costs vary a lot by job, so get a written quote before you decide.
