How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Codelq Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Codelq Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work, and customer service. If a remodeling job goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Codelq Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@codelq.autos and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will email you to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
